Last weekend, RESONAC’s Graphite Business Unit joined a science outreach event at the Durán Loriga Library in A Coruña. The activity took place alongside CICA UDC, the Interdisciplinary Center for Chemistry and Biology, and the University of A Coruña (UDC).
Many local residents attended the event. They wanted to learn more about sustainable mobility and clean energy solutions.
Researchers from CICA led a free public program with interactive activities. Visitors explored experiments and live demonstrations. These sessions explained how energy storage systems work in a clear and simple way.
The activities helped people understand why energy storage plays a key role in a sustainable future. The event also encouraged curiosity and open dialogue around science and innovation.
At RESONAC – Graphite Business Unit, we actively support scientific outreach. We believe knowledge should be accessible to everyone. Bringing science closer to society helps drive real change.
The RESONAC–UDC “Sparking Truth” Chair reflects this commitment. The initiative promotes innovation, sustainability, and talent development. It also strengthens collaboration between universities and industry.
Graphite plays a vital role in modern energy storage technologies. These technologies support the transition to clean energy and sustainable mobility. Through initiatives like this event, RESONAC reinforces its long-term vision.
We were delighted to share this experience with the community. We will continue to support projects that move science and sustainability forward.
